Tickets – important information

Tickets are available for sale only at the venue.

We do not conduct online sales. We encourage you to use the ticket machines, located at the entrance to the tower. Payment at the vending machines by card.

In addition to the vending machines, a cash desk is available, please report to the cash desk in cases:

  • purchasing a ticket in cash
  • desire to receive a VAT invoice/receipt of name
  • purchasing a group ticket (after prior reservation)
  • redeeming a voucher

Additional information

NOTE: After purchase, the ticket must be punched for up to 60 minutes. After this time it loses its validity.

  • If an adult uses a ticket for a child, the ticket will be taken away from him/her without refund. When buying a ticket for a child, you must show proof of the child’s age, otherwise you will not be able to use a discounted ticket.
  • People with disabilities on the basis of a valid ID card are entitled to a discounted ticket.
  • Upon presentation of a document confirming the age of the child, admission for children under 3 years of age is free (the child enters on one ticket with an adult).
  • Form for groups fill out if you plan to come in a group, at least one day before arrival
  • Entitles you to a group price and free entry for a certified guide.
  • In case of a claim, it is necessary to submit a receipt from the cash register.
  • The service provider reserves the right to change the price list. Prices are given in Polish zlotys and include VAT.
  • The group admission ticket is valid only for one sales document, to be purchased only at the information desk.
Tobogány
Slides

The slides are an additional attractions payable at the top of the tower with a payment card. If you want a VAT invoice for the slide, be sure to inform the staff downstairs about it before buying entrance tickets.
The slides are not open during rain, fog, strong winds and also during technical break (about 30 minutes). Information about the opening hours of the slides is available in front of the entrance and on the our website.
It is not possible to return the ticket due to weather conditions.

Weather

Please prepare for various weather conditions, especially strong winds, which often occur in the Tatra Mountains. The operator is not responsible for changing weather conditions occurring on Sky Walk Path in the Clouds. Please prepare responsibly as the ticket is non-refundable.

Bringing pets to the Sky Walk Tower

Pets are not allowed inside the Sky Walk observation tower, with the exception of guide dogs for disabled people. This also applies to the Sky SHOP store. Dogs may react differently to heights, so for the safety of pets and all visitors, we kindly ask you not to bring them into the tower. This also applies to dogs of smaller breeds, even in bags or special strollers.

It is forbidden to tie pets around the tower. If you do not read this point of the regulations, the ticket is not refundable.
